Shaltari Battlecruisers are fast, ultra-advanced ship killers. Many classes have been known for centuries, including the dreaded Ruby, Sapphire, and Hematite. Lately, a variant hull design has been encountered in increasing numbers. All the known classes have been observed using the superstructure, but many new threats are appearing.

With the aliens now heavily committed in multiple theatres, especially their conquest of Aaru, variants which deploy vast engines of war to the surface are appearing. Ground-based teleport gates, weaponized emplacements, and even walking city-crushers have been seen. These can be deployed by lighter ships classified as Supercruisers, but also by enlarged Battlecruisers now designated as Pocket Battleships, as are the UCM's latest designs. 

These ships provide faster, lighter flagships, spear tip assault vessels, and invasion support. Indeed, ships of this tonnage are now among the aliens' most diverse and lethal tools.

Miniatures supplied unpainted and unassembled. This kit will require cleaning and assembly. Plastic Miniatures will need to be assembled using plastic glue. Clear acrylic bases will require super glue and may have a protective blue film on one side that will need removing.

Sign in begins at 3:30pm on Saturday, March 21st. Seats in the event will be first-come, first-served on the day of the event.

The entry fee of $24 will cover 7 packs of Truth and Deceit which are used to construct a deck according to the following:

• Only cards pulled from the provided booster packs may be used
• Exactly 40 cards
• Up to 4 copies of a card with the same number
• Up to 8 FLIP cards are allowed
• Players may use pre-prepared FLIP cards. Stores may restrict certain FLIP cards if they create an unfair advantage
• Cards placed in the Support Area may be treated as any color for cost purposes.

Promos will be handed out from the launch kit.

Each player will receive 2 Black Sapphire Cookie promos, 2 Power Arena Packs, and 2 Vol 8+9 Promotion Packs. The 1st place winner of the event will receive 1 Cherry Blossom Cookie Playmat, and two random players will receive a Black Sapphire Cookie play mat.

There will be 30 minutes for deckbuilding followed by 3 swiss rounds with a timer of 35 minutes each.

This schedule assumes that all round go to time. The event is expected to end before 7pm.

If you’re looking for an easy way to start a new Aeldari Corsairs army, this Combat Patrol is ideal. Kharseth leads a force of 10 Voidreavers (who can alternatively be built as Voidscarred), five Skyreavers, and a Wave Serpent (which can alternatively be built as a Falcon). With the troops in the transport supported by the airborne Skyreavers, this is a seriously fast force.

This new Vyper keeps the same classic stylings as the original model and features a swivelling turret. It’s armed with an underslung missile launcher or shuriken cannon, and a turret-mounted bright lance, scatter laser, or starcannon.
